Eco-friendly fish delivery service comes to Brighton and Hove
Nutritious Fish was founded by Hove resident David Copeland, a food-lover and keen home cook, who spotted a glaring gap in the market.

Customers can order fish on demand and have it delivered on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis.
On Saturdays, he collects the produce from Fish!, Shoreham, prepares and packages it, then delivers it to customers in Brighton, Hove, and the surrounding areas.
Customers can specify the amount and type of fish they would like delivered online - mixed, oily, white, or shellfish - and it will arrive wrapped in compostable greaseproof paper, ensuring the whole process is plastic-free.
