LETTER: Imprisoned by pollution
It has long been the experience of those of us who live in the centre of Chichester that we can open our windows very early in the morning and enjoy the scents of green fields and even the sea carried to us on the prevailing breeze.
At 7 to 7.30am this all changes to traffic fumes – signal to shut the windows for the rest of the day.

Hide AdIt is astonishing that in this year of grace 2016 it should be thought acceptable because “inevitable” for people to be as it were imprisoned to such barbaric treatment.
