Memorial must be preserved
It is imperative that this plaque is removed before any development takes place.
But even if the development doesn't go ahead, should it stay there?
How many people know that it is there?

If it is removed, I would hope that discussions will take place to decide if the plaque should be re-sited in its original place once the development is finished, or should it be placed elsewhere, so everyone can see it?
What ever happens, this plaque is another piece of Littlehampton's historic past and must be preserved for the future, with no issue to cost.
