Eastbourne tree surgeon seriously injured in town centre incident

A tree surgeon has been injured in an incident in Eastbourne town centre today (Wednesday). Roads surrounding the roundabout by the railway station and library at the bottom of Grove Road were closed to traffic while emergency services tended to the injured man and an air ambulance landed at the Saffrons Sports Club.
