UPDATE: Body on Shoreham beach ‘death not suspicious’

A man’s body was found at around 8am by dog walkers this morning (December 4) near The Burrells on Shoreham beach.
A police spokesman said: “There is nothing to add at this time other than the death is not being treated as suspicious and the Coroners Officer is continuing enquiries.
“The body has not yet been identified.
“The scene was closed shortly before 11am.”
