Bosham get spruce-up thanks to county cash

The duo presented chairman Alan Price with certificates in recognition of their successful bid for a West Sussex County Council ‘Big Society Fund’ grant.
The £10,400 windfall enabled them to give the pitch a full summer renovation of scarification, over-seeding and top-dressing. They purchased their own sit-on mower, spray-on line marker and pitch perimeter barrier.

Hide AdIn the bar, a new security shutter was also purchased – in the club’s red colours, just like the barrier.
The club were one of 53 community projects to have their applications approved.
